At PressAltF4.org, we sell digital products, which are not eligible for return once downloaded. However, we care about your experience and offer limited refunds under specific conditions.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not provide automatic refunds once a product has been delivered or downloaded.

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged twice for the same product
• The product is completely non-functional and cannot be fixed
• You never received the product (e.g., failed delivery or broken link)

Refunds will not be given for:

• “I changed my mind”
• “I don’t know how to use it”
• “It didn’t work with my setup” (unless verified faulty)
